Yeah great its displayed on the screen... easy changed using chirp... but now try to transmit or recieve.. you cant! So what exactly is the point of this video?

The display will show it. However, you will not hear anything on those frequencies. The limits for use are about 126Mhz to 272Mhz and 380Mhz to 543Mhz. The other frequencies will not work. If you try to transmit, it will jam the radio and you will have to turn it off and turn it on again.

I believe the radio has FM wideband radio stations. It had a side button you hold at it says FM Radio and you can do 80 MHz to 108 MHz and you hear the music and it is just like a car stereo

The aircraft band are AM but the radio only has FM, so even in the 131 to 135 range I don't hear the aircraft because they are using AM. Same with 250 to 350 aircraft military they use AM but the radio is FM

Dudes just changed numbers on the display, thats why they never demonstrate it Rx or Tx.

This video, and its comment is mostly true, but there is one exception im aware of.
Usung Chirp software, can update the radio for 220 ham band.
Making it a Tri-band radio. NEED a Ham radio license to transmit on those frequencies.

Even if you could do this, the antenna will not be tuned for it, and you still only have FM mode.... wish I could do SSB on it though
