This fire started on Thursday and it was small then compared to over 20, 000 acres now. Why didn't the firemen with helicopters carrying 1, 000 gallons of water put it out on Thursday and Friday?!

The ground gets so hot that the leaves catch on fire and rhen the wind blows and causes it to spread, i worked for the u.s.d.a. national wildfire dept back in 90s and that was caused it back then, in Price Utah Twin falls idaho, Pocatello idaho and boulder Colorado, i repelled out of helicopter 🚁 and also i worked spot fires, we slept in aluminum houses for safety and it was fun and very dangerous 😎i might go back

If family's pets homes and businesses weren't involved I'd say let it burn. Then go in with front loaders and build fire walls out of dirt to prevent future fires from spreading like this. Do not rebuild here. Move. It is not worth the loss of everything you own or hold dear. Seings how people do live here, instead of burning it down. Let firefighters do their job and go in with frontloaders and build dirt damns.
