14:27 Easier way is take log then take exponent so it becomes 1+ e^(1-x).log(arc cos x) now further multiply it and open the terms then put 1 and it becomes e^0

14:25 we can observe that it's (0 tending to)^ power 0 tending to so, for finding its limiting value we can assume a function (x)^x and try sketching it's graph, on doing so, we find that for very small x the graph tends to 1 and for exact zero it becomes equal to 1, hence our result will be 1 and so, 1 + 1=2.
