I Love these compact & well designed cases for my service truck. This way, we can have them safely stored in the case or we can separate them on rails in the shop toolbox

Break room is great...if only every company did that.

Regarding the breakroom, I'd recommend supporting the ratchet head, extension, or wrench so everything stays in line and doesn't bind up. This will ensure you get an accurate torque reading.

Y'all's bits and bit sockets are freakin fire!! They are so damn strong 💪 I absolutely love them!! For the money, they can't be beaten. Even higher end brands don't compete. It's crazy!! I wish some of the prices on some of the products were more resonable though. I do feel as though some of the tools are quite overpriced for what they are and where they are manufactured. You guys run with the best of them though, and I appreciate the attention to detail and the quality that goes into everything. What you goes have done in such a short period of time is phenomenal!! Also, I'd like to personally say thank you for stepping up to the plate as far as warranty is concerned with the Nora 150xl. I was a big hater and didn't have the nicest things to say regarding the situation. Now, if your warranty process could just improve some. Stop the mail in crap. Let us show you a photo of the broken tool and proof of purchase, and send us a new tool like everyone else does.

I'd really like to see your warranty process change. I think the mail in crap is BS and to make us pay shipping to do it too is plain ridiculous. Let us send you a photo of the broken tool, proof of purchase, then send us a new tool like everyone else does these days. I feel like compared to other big name Taiwanese made tool companies, your prices are quite a bit higher too. The whole mail in/pay for shipping on a broken tool is unfair to your customers and just plain ridiculous. Thanks for listening guys!!

A few ideas or things for break room which overall I like.

1. I would like if you guys would compare your tool to an alternative kinda like on the wrench episode. I understand that was his personal but like possibly you guys could budget to buy a competitor tool to compare like a gear wrench rachet vs your own or the icon tight access bit driver wrench vs your guys etc.

2. This would require more prep work but I think it would be really cool if clay could simulate a really rusted cruddy bolt by getting a bunch of small pieces of steel that could fit in the torque test device or if not that's fine but drill out holes in each piece of metal and tap some threads to put bolts or screws and things in it and leave it in water for a week or something to make it rust then use those made blocks of metal with a bolt as a good analog to test tools on along with breaking the tool. I'll admit it would take research to find triple square and hex and Phillips and bolts etc and tapping some chunk of metal to fit them but I think it could really increase the value to see it in a more real world analog.

3 don't feel pressured to implement any changes, the show is really cool these are just some ideas I thought would be cool but I'll admit it will cost more in time and money so I completely get if you decide not to

I like VIM tools; as a past Audi Technician, I purchased a few VIMS sets. I'm an automotive instructor in Pennsylvania, and I would like to speak with you guys and get some tools in the students' hands. I have deals set up with MATCO, MAC, and Snap-on tools. The break room sounds like a great name.

I actually prefer the bit sets on the short magrail, I have most of the sets except the triple square and e torx. They cost more but they fit my toolcart better and I have my socket sets on magrails to match.

Not related to this video, but it’s the most recent video so I’m leaving a suggestion/request here in hopes that you’ll see it.

It would be really great to see you guys get into more aviation stuff. Safety Wire Pliers!!! We use those things everyday, non stop, and it’s hard to find an A&P mechanic that is in love with their current Safety Wire Pliers. Most are frustrated, or at best, indifferent with their current setup. If you made a pair of them with your cool Hi Vis green color I would purchase them asap.
Also Cleco Pliers for all of us that are working on aircraft skins, fabricating aluminum flight surfaces etc. As well as the Cleco’s themself. They are FAA mandated to be color coded by size but I think they would look great with your green VIM logo on the sides.

Thanks! 🔧 😎 🔧 😎

Love the break room is the best! Seriously, who else breaks their own tools with confidence showing how much further they go in torque than the normal mechanic would need! I’ll admit, I just fast forward to the breaking part. One suggestion, just use the big a$$ breaker bar from the beginning so you don’t have to breath so heavy off camera 😀 Keep these new products coming!! I will but VIM whenever I can before anyone other brand. Thanks guys✊🏼

Tech Tuesday though I like the wrench wreckers

Also if you guys want to use zoom or something you could possibly get some bigger YouTubers in the space possibly that couldn't come down.

I'm not particularly a good fan of the satin finish but if the tool sizes were inlaid with vim Green so you could easily identify the size of the socket or bit that would be an amazing upgrade I think
