No disrespect to any of them all are greatest players in there era but if you look what messi has done on football pitch with or without even scoring or assisting that's where you understand whose the greatest player of all time..!
I can assure you there might be players who can break the records of goals or assists in future but the influence on the field, running the game, slowing the tempo, crazy runs, unreal vision, always pushing others even when u are abt to get hat tricks, making the game look simple along with having a career unmatched like Leo who's won everything a player can win, even in stats u won't see messi in 1 category u see him in everything.
And above all three players say themselves as they are the greatest ever to play and there's one who's done everything and still says there are players better then me,
Can't believe it, the humble ness and personality of a player is also unmatched

CR7 doesn't belong in the discussion. Pele won 3 World Cups, but was injured in game 2 in 1962 & Brazil was strong enough to win without him. Maradona was amazing in his peak years, but his stats & longevity don't measure up. Messi is the most complete footballer ever, with the most non-penalty goals, assists, big chances created, Man of the Match awards, and has been competing at the highest level for over 15 years. Messi is the true Greatest Footballer of All Time.
