75 years of age and I have been privileged to see every player on this video. For many years Pele was unsurpassed in my view, until Messi came along. It has been an absolute joy to witness them all; each adding a sprinkling of stardust to our wonderful game.

Messi is the GOAT, no debate whatsoever. But for me Thierry Henry and Ronaldinho are by far my favorite living football legends, they are the reason I fell in love with football in the first place, they are part of my childhood... Henry should have won at least one or two ballon d'or in the 2003 and 2004 seasons, he was so unique and underrated back then, he was almost unstoppable and genuinely a very good all-rounder authentic player. ☯️✌️

I Agree with the top 3 but that's it. i think is a little disrispectful for Cristiano Ronaldo to put him in the 9th position. The simple fact that he won 5 ballon d'ors in the era where Messi played is unbelievable. Also i think Alfredo Di Stefano should make the list. For me the top ten is

I am not a Barcelona fan, but watching Messi play gives me the same joy as listening to Bach or Thomas Newman, or travelling to Florence and looking at pieces of Renaissance art, or reading my favourite Russian classic writers. I am too young to have witnessed Pele and Maradona, but I respect their legacy. Goat debates do not interest me anymore, I just wish to spend my limited time in this world enjoying the fine art when I see it.

Messi is an aggregate of all the players that were mentioned before him with the exception of being a defender which I don't doubt he would also excel. A complete player. He not only initiates the play, he finishes it with or without the help of his team mates, or makes that exceptional assist. I have watched all the greats but no one compares. He is on a tier of his own. What an honor and pleasure to have witnessed the greatness of Messi.

It's absolutely wild that you put Ronaldo at 9th 😭the greatest goal scorer in the history of the game, 2nd place for most ballon d'ors in history, a Euros, 5 UCLs, a variety of Leagues won, most goals for a national team, most headers scored, most UCL goals in history, most UCL Knockout round goals in history and yet you DARE to put him at 9? It's an insult to him to put him at 3, let alone 9.
