1 egg yolk
20g (3/4 ounces) marinated ginger
1 teaspoon mustard
2 teaspoons spicy sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3,5 tablespoons peanut oil
Salt
3. Peanut Butter Sauce:
1/2 lime
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
3 tablespoons Sweet Chili sauce
4. The rice:
400g (13 ounces) COOKED japanese rice
4,5 tablespoons rice vinegar
2,5 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon grilled sesame seeds
5. Side:
200g (6,5 ounces) tuna steaks
1 avocado
2 carrots
160g (5 ounces) edamame beans
40g (1 3/4 ouces) marinated ginger
1 mango
