Paano Mag-compute ng Frequency Rate at Severity Rate

Reminder!
In the computation of Frequency Rate at the last minute of this video, I wrongly misunderstood fatality as injury. After a thorugh research, i found out that fatality was considered as injury resulting to death. Therefore, I stand corrected.

This video is a guide for safety officers on how to compute Frequency Rate and Severity Rate.

The computation of Total Employee-Hour of Exposure (TEHE) of the sample problem was computed by estimated exposure hours. Use the actual exposure hours from payroll or time clock record if is given.

Frequency Rate is rounded to the nearest two decimals and Severity Rate is rounded to the nearest whole number.
