I'm german and we have multiple "car sharing" companies. You have an app that shows you the nearest cars and you can rent them and just drive whereever you need to go.

This is actually a good idea, most cars are driveways all the time, just only pay for the service you need

I have this in my city. Its a normal car, not self driving, but they have special parking spots and i think theyre pretty successful

Where i live theres a bunch of electric cars/vans you can rent for a while. Its ran by our local government so its extremely cheap (like $3 and hour)

In Norway we have it. You can find such a car and rent it for a trip. There are also separate parking spaces just for such cars.

It's called carsharing. You find nearest car and drop it somewhere.
At least, it works like that where I live

BAD MOVIE/SHOW IDEA (I might be describing something that already exists): It's a superhero fantasy sort of movie, but It's also kind of a rom-com. We've got this superhero beating villains right, but there's one villain they just can't beat. When they aren't a superhero they are just your average person and same with the villain. In their non superhero form they fall in love with someone as the plot progresses. But the plot twist at the end is that the love interest they fell in love with as the plot progresses got married to the hero, but then, after having a few children, the hero realizes that the person they're married to is the villain they've been fighting, and now we have ourselves a predicament. This is a mid plot realization, and the rest of the movie focuses on the kids, and one accidently releases a demon so then they all team up or something before ending in a brawl between the hero, the hero's evil love interest, and the demon. Then, at the end they all have a dance party or something and it ends on a cliffhanger with the hero and villain fighting and then getting trapped in another dimension. Then, a sequel would release which I actually have a name for (Sinsisters) Which is about 4 years after the events of the original and souly focuses on the family problem of whether to be a hero or villain.

In Poland we really have something like this, you find a car in the city with the word "panek" on it, you open it from the application on your phone and drive, but you can't go beyond a certain area, usually within the city limits.

It does exist, in Israel there are cars that belong to the city that you can rent, go wherever you need to go with them and then just leave it there for another person to take. And it doesn't have to be for the entire day, you can rent it for 30 minutes or 5 hours, depending on how much time you want the car for
