The Chen Lu = the chain rule. Chen Lu is also a famous Chinese figure skater with several Olympic medals, circa 1990s. I have a friend went to a store to buy some special rice. Asking several times for rice, the proprietor looked confused, until finally he said "Oh, lice." He then directed my friend to the rice.

Most textbooks printed after 2014 say "Chen-Lu" instead of "Chain Rule, " I've noticed.

Oh my God ... I'm going to solve problems by using "Chen-Lu"...
Very nice...

Take a shot every time he says Ln/Ellen

not only does the chen lu majestically differentiate composite functions, it is also emotionally powerful because it lifts our spirits

The Chen Lu! Reminds me of classes I took in the US taught by badly exploited students from Taiwan who could hardly speak English...

Watching chen lu in 2019 :D
Studied chain rule in 2007 :O

I think both are long lost brothers

My high school physics teacher had a college physics professor who would always talk about adding and subtracting and taking dot products of the “wector wee” (vector ‘v’) and had a similarly timed realization.

Ellen Degeneres and you have something in common: both of you are stars in what you do...but Ellen is also beautiful.

For the e^e^e^e^e^e^x part, since the base exponentially are all constant, would the chain rule nessicarily apply, since you could effectively find e^e^e^e^e^e and then that would be the exponential base for the function f(x)=c^x, where c=e^e^e^e^e^e?
