i love the gas city tile sets so it’s worth having a sluggish farm for floating domestik drones and explosive valves

I farm passivelly on Io, lol.

When i feel like watching something and want to do something in Warframe, i run Io on Equinox. Most things die before they get to me, and i just have to walk around to avoid AFK detection.

A chimp could farm here, and it is perfect for watching a youtube video.

Yes 100% IO used to be my meso farm place. We had a build with banshee before her 4ths augment got changed simply we would cover the whole map with one banshee 4 with high range dur and efficiency. We would use nidus to give her the strength she lacked. Then they changed her 4th augment but we found a work around kater too. Then they changed the tile set. That mission became dead to us

Any frame with no line of sight on abilities does perfectly fine on this map for low-level farming.

Gas City rework was a huge improvement. The content is way better and more fun now

For oxium helene is a pretty good alternative, i'd actually say even better, as it can also give plastids and orokin cells

the new oxium farm is elara, tbh I get more at new elara than I ever used to with old IO, but that probably comes down to being a different tier of player now.

New Io was genuinely an alright replacement and is still generally a fun tile to play on, but it get's rightly dogged on for what it replaced. Environmental design team unfortunately didn't carry feedback into the Corpus Ship rework.

The problem is not even the map, it's the dumb AI that every enemy has in this game. All enemies feel like they don't even try to reach the defense target and just want to get stuck on doors
