Search for retired LASD deputy missing in Greece continues

Lesley Marin speaks to the family of retired Los Angeles County sheriff's deputy Albert Calibet, who has been missing after going on a hike in Greece. They say they're frustrated by the lack of search resources even though he hasn't been heard from in over a week.

sounds like they have pinged his phone to isolate a last active location (around a cliff) so I am also assuming someone has unlocked his line to check his last messages

it’s all the more unimaginable & frustrating, trying to successfully conduct a rescue operation in a foreign land …

I am praying they receive divine intercession to guide and direct them to find this missing man — that is what they need, , clearly they are holding tight to their faith

When its 110.degrees out you do not go hiking or on mountain excursions. Its a recipe for disaster.

This is heartbreaking. I know that it's been a while and the chances he's still alive are probably very slim but closure is all anyone wants. I'd search all the Greek isles for My brother. Props to The other deputies that flew in from LA to find him but didn't have to. That's not even a big island 49 mi² is nothing. I hope they get answers soon.
