Definitely end it right there and tell her you are moving on. The only reason she is taking a break is to make sure her other relationship works out. If it doesn't she can come back to you. Just leave. If you want to hit her where it hurts make sure to let everyone know she broke up with you because she was seeing someone else before she tells everyone you broke up with her so she gets the sympathy. Then call any of her female friends or coworkers that you might have a chance with and ask them to talk. If they agree go out with them and accidentally call her number so she can hear everything. This will mess with their minds because she will internally make herself the victim because you refused to give her control over you. But you will let everyone know before that it was her so she won't get the sympathy she was expecting. Then you going out with someone she knows will further destroy her perceived support structure while also making her feel wronged. But best thing to do is move on but if you need a little closure it can help.

My take on women wanting a break from experience. If she says this she likely already had sex with a new guy or is planning to and wants to have a break to test out the waters and see if she can lock him down or anyone else she perceives as being better than you all the while not feeling guilty that she is cheating on you and having you as a back up option. Don’t be her back up option, at this point it is basically over and the best thing to do is leave with saying few words (just enough to make yourself clear) and do not initiate contact with her ever, as at least this way you will leave with honor, decency, self-respect and she will (re)gain respect for you and maybe want to come back in the future, just be careful if she does want to come back. This usually is hard for us guys because when untrained we do not see the signs shes planning to pull back and it takes us by surprise and we wonder why the “good communicators” that women are didn’t communicate this to us in a clear manner. The answer to why she said nothing is a) because they can’t really translate their feelings into a logical string of words, telling you shes loosing attraction, b) it is uncomfortable and women want to be socially perceived as pure and telling the man that they love that you lost attraction puts women in a spotlight where it is obvious that they care about sex and physical beauty (thats why on questioners and interviews women give politically correct answers as to what they find attractive in a man they say eg kind, caring when in reality its body, masculinity, social proof, edgy…) and c) women are loyal to their feelings and once the feelings are gone they don’t feel a sense of responsibility to the commitment and the words said (eg. I’ll never leave you babe”), so she just exists as she is not in a relationship anymore. 80% of women end marriages and relationships.

As someone with physical and mental health issues, I needed a break because I was overwhelmed by life. I needed a break from everything that felt too big, including my relationship. After 2 weeks, everything started going back to normal. I started feeling better, we started talking about things we could do better in the relationship, and now we're happy as f together. I pity anyone who listens to this doofus advice.
