How can I apply for PhilHealth first time?

Registration procedures
Visit any of the PhilHealth Express outlets nationwide.
Fill out (2) copies of the PhilHealth Member Registration Form
(PMRF)
Submit PMRF to the PhilHealth Express.
Await Member Data Record (MDR) and PhilHealth ID Card.

Requirements
Two accomplished copies of the PhilHealth Member Registration Form (PMRF)
Two latest 1×1 ID pictures.
At least two valid IDs or a photocopy of your PSA-issued Birth
Certificate.
Baranggay certificate.

Nakaraan pa aq nahihirapan magapply online sa sss kasi nalilito aq kung anong gagawin kasi may mga ss #, may UMID pa na hinihingi pero ngaun gets q na simular nong napanood q ung vedio nio sir about sa sss kasi ung Iba dami pang paliguy-ligoy 😅. Sir sana po masagot tanong ko. Nag try po kasi ako mag apply sa phil health pero di po ako inentertain kasi need ko daw po ng first time job seeker na kukunin ko daw po sa brgy. hall at babayadan ng 400php. Wala pa po ako work at mag sstart palang this oct.
