Friends... Cookies are one of my favorite foods and I'm fairly certain this is one of the best cookies recipes I've ever made. WOWOW you have to try!! Let me know what you think of these super soft, delicious, cinnamon roll cookies.

RECIPE:
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
Cream together in a mixer until smooth and fluffy
2 eggs
1 Tbs vanilla
MIX
3 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
MIX & chill for 30 minutes
roll into balls and flatten with your hands
bake at 375 for 8 minutes

FROSTING:
1/2 cup butter, softened
4 oz cream cheese, softened
WHIP
add 2.5 cups of powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
whip until smooth and creamy

Pipe frosting onto cooled cookies and sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon on the top. INHALE!!!!
