Thanks for the video. I got to know that specific food is better for specific types of blood. While watching, I was anticipating you mention this (if it's true). Also, if it's true, appreciate if you can make a detailed video on what food is better for which blood type. My mother has sickle cells, and I will wait for a separate video on how to deal with such blood disorder especially at home (e.g. what food to take, certain exercises to perform if any, or supplements to take).

Blood is very useful. It has a quite range of uses and those are the importance and efficiency of it.
☆ Blood helps to regulate the steady temperature of our body.
☆ Blood carries away waste hormones from our body.
☆ Blood contains haemoglobin. A mixture of iron and protein which makes the blood bright red.
☆ there are 4 components of blood. Red blood cells, White blood cells, Platelets and Plasma.
