There's an error at 5:17. The elbow is DISTAL to the shoulder, not proximal. I think you meant to say that "the shoulder is proximal to the elbow, whereas the wrist is distal to the elbow."

There is another error at 5:24. The ankle is DISTAL to the hip, not proximal. I think you meant to say that "the hip is proximal to the ankle, whereas the toes are distal to the ankle."
