Where rhe push2 is really handy in arrangement view ist automating. as you can map funcrions from ANY plugin to the encoders, it is awesome to recoed automations live by using encoders and the push-screen. while drawing in automations with the pen-tool is helpful for big transitions, it is the small amount of automation of certain elements. being able to do this while listening instead of watching was my mouse does, is really helpful and leads to much better musical sounding results imho.

You can 100% arrange from session view and do it in a way more creative, fun, and in the moment type of way.

Yeah man I'm the same, do most of my producing in arrangement view, that's what kept me from getting this so far but I'm sick of keyboard and mouse and I cant find a controller better suited for live.

I'm a Push 2 owner and love using it. The Push 3 seems cool enough, but not sure if it would be a massive jump worthy of dropping 2k.

there is a push 2 i am going to go look at today after work. Guy is selling it for 70 buckaroonies USD and i am stoked. i had a push one that i loved, though i sold it since it sat for a while and i wanted the 2.

Like Push 2, Push 3 has never been designed for Arrangement View. For the simple reason that nothing beats mouse and keyboard when working in Arrangement View.

Love it but a bit too big so I tried to reduce it by cutting off a section and now it doesn't work at all. The manual doesn't say anything about not cutting a piece off.
