@mirokuchazzer Its from the program LoL Replay and it says that things are on cooldown when they aren't. its a glitch with LoL Replay.

I don't understand why everyone hates Urgot's ulti. Sure, if you ulti into the middle of their team, you're dead, but that's why YOU DON'T ULTI INTO THE MIDDLE OF THEIR TEAM. :O
