I like how everytime a Zaunite champion releases the same zaunite criminals are always there doing things that would cause the zaunite champion to be mad and attack them. This has happened on Ekko, Zeri, Warwick and now Urgot. This point leads to a fact that they all survived those encounters, didn't learn their lesson and decided to do a little bit of tomfoolery once more.

An important thing to note on this cutscene is Urgot's monologue and how it ties to the video title - it practically references the 'Child of Zaun' short story, when Vi witnesses him strangling the Voice after that one brought him Hextech crystals, seeking to appease his master, but Urgot realized the dependency that became Piltover's weakness. For Urgot, Hextech is wealth, and wealth is a vice, something that makes people lax and sloppy.

That's why, when his follower rather admired and coveted the Chem-Baron's belongings, Urgot gave that one the painful grinder ending, instead of the quick, rather uncharacteristic merciful one he granted the Chem-Baron.

The Chem-Baron was never his focus. It were his followers. Hence, 'The Test'.
