It's funny using the heavy as an ork. Cause orks have the power of faith due to weak psychic powers, combined, their amassed power is reality altering. So an ork proudly proclaiming "I AM BULLETPROOF" could, in theory, work if everyone else believed in him.
Of course, if he's not much to others, they'll probably believe he's chopped liver.

See this is very VERY good, but under orc logic the "I am bullet proof" line, would very much make that Orc Heavy bullet proof.
