Should I remove the battery from the vehicle or can I leave it hooked up before attempting 12V repair?

When selecting Repair mode, and it begins flashing red, does that mean it's repairing the battery? This was never explained anywhere, not in the manual, not in any of your videos, nothing.

I have a genius pro 10 and noticed the user guide has an error. It says to hook up the battery before you plug the charger into AC. That wouldn't work for me, it stayed in standby mode and no fiddling with the mode button worked. But if I hooked up the AC first and then the battery it worked fine.

🛑 Hi, thanks for the information. How long does it take to maintain the battery in an hour ??? And can he repair a 4-year-old battery ?? ⛔

I just purchased the genius10 and am having difficulty getting it to enter any of the charge modes. I took it back to the store and it worked just fine for them. The only difference is i have a Dodge Journey, and you can't hook the charger directly to the battery. The battery is underneath and you hook it up via a couple of post extenders in the engine compartment. It would enter the express mode. Any help on why it won't hook up correct?

Why do the charging lights fluctuate? It will say 100% charged then go back down to 0

Supply Mode is 13.6V 10 Amps. But what about 12V mode, AGM mode, Laithum Mode? Will charger give 13.6V or 12V flat?

Should I intermittently or continuously load & charge a 110ah leisure battery while not in use on my caravan to prolong its life? I have two brand new identical batteries for use off grid. One that's wired to the van with solar charging but also has alarm and stereo (on standby). The other currently off van. I have the Noco Genius 10

Will the Genuis10 adjust the charging amps in accordance with the battery characteristics? Let's say when charging a 50Ah battery. Or will it do the bulk charge at 10 Amps?

I have a Genius 10 charger - I took it out of the box and it doesn't work. When the 12V (non-AGM) mode is turned on, the charger does not start charging. LED (12V) and LED (power) light up alternately. PLEASE HELP

Cannot get the repair mode enabled. The video instructions are wrong and do not work this way the the Genius 10 that I purchased in 2020. I have to hold the mode button for 10 seconds to get to the force battery section and I still cant get to repair mode. Not 3 seconds, 7 seconds nor 10 seconds followed by a click gets me directly to repair mode activation. :( why is my unit different than the video instructions.

I left the G10 charging the 12v small car battery overnight and next morning ALL lights flashing on the charger. Press/hold "MODE" does nothing. Is it dead? Could be reset? Second time use since purchase in July.. Thx

Hello, I'll be away for 1 year and I want to leave my battery in maintenance mode but I have a doubt! If there is a power cut, when the power is restored will the Noco 10 automatically turn on or it's necessary to press the mode button? Thanks :)
