Careful with dropping them sometimes momentum goes in weird directions and you might lose a villager or two.

For anyone playing on Bedrock you can just use boats with leads

I found this out today by sheer accident (not the video) and researched to see if anyone else knew. sadly it seems not. Also butting blue ice does not make it faster also powered rail does not make it faster. Lastly you can have 2 villagers in it at a time. Oh and you can get in and drive it but the controls are inverted ( a friend inside makes it slow and wonky).

How to do to no bedrock
1. Put down two boat in a line


2.put the villager in a 1 of the boat


3.ride the boat and right-click the next boat

not working in Bedrock, instead, use Bedrock exclusive to use leads on boats
