Today we are doing a nice little forearm workout. You can do this on its own or with arms. I will go over all of that at the end of the video. If you want some nice looking forearms and a stronger grip this is the video for you.

I only came across this channel a few months ago and I can already see a big difference in my lifting. It breaks my heart that John is no longer with us. He comes across as a great guy. As you can tell by the comment section of all of these videos, he has touched so many lives and that is an amazing legacy. Rest In Power and my your memory be a blessing Mountain Dog.

You are sooo right. I used to do forearm work about just once a week and git elbow / forearm tendinitis and now its effected everything i do. Its been 3 weeks trying to get rid of it.

I prefer the behind the back wrist curls opposed to the conventional wrist curls on a bench. I find that it puts less stress on the nerves and joints on the wrist. And i can go pretty heavy
