I see it's raining. Which month did you take this tour? And it looks like you bought the enhanced tour which includes the admission ticket. But if you are not in the enhanced tour and you had to buy the admission ticket yourself, then is it possible that the tickets are sold out or the available time slots are later than the time the tour guide allows you to have before you have to go back to the bus?
