Fix UNABLE TO VERIFY LEAF SIGNATURE in nodejs while using proxy http-proxy or http-proxy-middleware

UNABLE_TO_VERIFY_LEAF_SIGNATURE is a common error while using http-proxy or http-proxy-middleware. This error comes because of proxy running on https and local website also on https. Because of package configuration, local websites are supposed to run on http protocol only.

this error occurred to me when i was trying create builder space with terminal same error was occurring when i was trying to login to heroku with terminal i still don't know how to do to solve this error
