Thanks for your investigation. I am straight up and down with no waist, longer legs and short torso. I have found that I do not like any type of high waisted jean/pant. It is tough because, today, most jeans are high rise. So, I will go through all the jeans/pants in a store until I find the mid or low rise jeans and then I have often have success. For sure, the mom jeans looked great on you but I bet if you found some mid-rise jeans you would have lots of success. I think the point for all of us is to appreciate our body types and find the clothes that feel good and enhance our natural features. Thanks for being so helpful. 🙏

Lisa you are REALLY brave!!!! I detest trying on jeans and appreciate the insight! The mom jean looks great on you! My torso is so short that mid rise is high rise on me so ultra high rise would be a strapless jumpsuit on me...who in the world can wear those??? 🙄 Have a great weekend🖤

I was surprised to hear that you did not care for the highrise. I love a jean that hits the natural waiste. I find them very flattering, however as you mentioned comfort is KEY..

I agree on the mom jeans.
Personally, I’m wearing Agolde 90’s mid rise loose fit jeans. I’m older than you, but smaller than you. Size 26, they are the rigid fit, but they do give when you wear them after washing.
I would wear jeans every day, but definitely too hot for Florida summers!

I’m really happy that skinny jeans are OUT! They unbalance your hips unless you’re really really slim.

Love the loafers. I liked so many of your selections but I'm not in the middle, size-wise. I'm 5'8" and a 26 generally but I enjoyed seeing the jeans they carry. Personally I'd live in shorts if the weather allowed it. I love a black legging too but jeans are tricky. I say ignore the background noise about what's "in" or "out" because anything goes especially at our age--within reason;). I am not into torn or ripped at all but that's just me. I feel strongly that it's all about personal expression and choice. No rules is my rule.

I really liked the wide leg jeans, they looked great on you. I’m short and sometimes petite length needs to be altered, I will check the inseams on the website. I love loafers, and am interested in the ones you purchased. I am a size 8, but have a narrow heal. Please advise since you purchased the size 8 also.

Jeans are so subjective.. I find the looser fit look great on so many women, but Id be uncomfortable. I am fairly thin so I prefer more fitted jeans. They appear neater and more flattering.

I actually think the jeans look really cute. I'm always looking for the highest rise possible to suck me in lol!
