Just reminding everyone that the t rex in Jurassic park III was a full grown bull, not a juvenile.
Spinosaurus' size was also updated in camp cretaceous and nearly (and would've if there wasn't plot armor) killed big eatie despite being controlled.
Its updated size makes it currently the largest theropod in the series.
Rexy lost to both the indominus rex and giganotosaurus while the spinosaurus actively hunted t-rexes.

Though I Love Rexy, Rexy has NO experience on fighting a Spino specifically, but has A Lot more Experience when fighting other Dinos. Rexy aims for the neck he does that in nearly all of its fights, also it has HUGE Plot Armor. SpinoSaurus from JP3 Specifically is so freaking badass, Rexy was raised and taken care of, obviously we saw that in JP1 but then after that it had to fend for its self, but in Nublar, Spino in the other hand was BARELY taken care of and had to fend for its self for a very long time, Spino was the new “bad boy” in town, he killed a Rex and can hold its on very well, and Nublar is just way much more nicer than Sorna. Sorna is just so brutal.

Techniquly rexy would win high difficulty
Strenght - thrashed 11 ton gig and 9 ton indominus
Durability - didn't died from goga attack the same on that murdered her ancestor.
Took attacks from indominus and not get knocked out.
More facrors:
Rexy is more experinced
Spino never thought a full grown or exerinced rex.
Spino from camp cretaceous was mind controllec so he wasn't using his b iq but the guy controlling him was.
