I recently bought a 9" lathe. No dro though. Your videos are great

Great video demonstrating the versatility of the lathe, but possibly a little dangerous to leave the spindle running while locking/unlocking the cross-slide?

Ade, have you done or could you offer some advice on how we can modify our Warco WM180 to do some milling?

I am impressed by how well that Evolution chop saw cut your aluminium stock. What model is it?
What do you use to cut steel stock, as I guess the Evolution would not be able to cope?

Hey, thanks for posting the videos. I'm contemplating getting this lathe (how I found your videos). I wonder if you would recommend paying the extra cost for the version with the dro? How much difference does it make vs the problems of it getting in the way of the slide travel?
Also one other question, was there a reason to drill and use the milling table rather than mounting in the chuck and boring? Was it a size issue? Cheers

"Better than a hacksaw"... don't gloat now! ... my arm still aches from hacksawing through ONE measly piece of tool steel last night.
