Use AI. I found some interesting stuff talk to AI about the same concept. Induce a field in a coil that continues to stay powered even after you shut off the supplied power similar to how fusion reactors work. You also need a magnet and a secondary coil to make it work. You should also check into flat stacked coil designs. I’ll be building this setup when I get back to Alaska. According to AI, it’s possible to achieve 1, 500 watts of output power in a 2’ x 2’ device. Absolutely no moving parts and only 30 watts to start device. No input power required after startup. Let me know what you think.

I wish i had these resources. I have much simpler and more believable idea for a low drag generator that can be self running. I have seen glimpse of my idea in a research paper, Energy Impulse Secrets and Impulse Power Secrets by M.kanarev. a picture of aself running generator they show in one of the papers. I have also seen similar idea on two YouTube videos. One from a random YouTubeer and one from a more credible researcher. I cant find the two videos ahain thou but the papers are online. All three sources have the same stator design for the generator...

If the field is rotating, why do you have to rotate the pick-up coil in order to change phase relations?
In my world, if a field is rotating, you'll see a varying 'PHASE related to input' field on the scope - WITHOUT moving the pick-up coil..
Did I understand something wrongly from your description and illustrations?
Edit - Added 'PHASE related to input' above, to clarify my question/experiences
