I've had my ShiPoo, Gus, for 3 years. Gus is 4 and I inherited him from my daughter to train him. I fell in love with him and told her she wasn't getting him back! He is the sweetest angel. Just about everything you say in the video is correct!

Our Shih poo Henry died 1 month before his 16th birthday. He was the best dog ever. So smart, cuddly and so rarely barked that when he did, we were always surprised. He never had any health issues until he got to be about 14. At that age he started losing his hearing and then his heart failed at almost 16. I have always wondered if Henry was a one in a billion perfect dog or if all shih poos are like him. We miss him so much. ❤

I have 3 shih poos, and they are amazing. A black one (9 yrs) a white one (5 yrs) and a brown one (7 weeks) these pups are amazing and i absolutely love them

Just lost my Shih poo yesterday and honestly they may be the best dog breed you could ask for, mine was so smart and funny and would like to play pranks like faking wanting to go outside just to run up the stairs and leave me in the dark or play hide and seek with treats she had stuffed down the sofa. Such a communicative and smart dog breed and a true companion dog, I honestly feel a part of me has died, she lived to 14 and my advice is feed them only fresh food, her decline stagnated for a while when we made the switch had we done it sooner her health would of been so much better. I will never meet a dog like lily again, we got her when I was 13, now I'm 28 and the day before I start my new job that pushes forward my career and moves out she died.

I've had my Shipoo for 14 years now and we have hiked and walked almost everyday no problem. He also loved to go to dog park and play fetch nonstop!! He has cataracts now in both eyes 😥 I hate it cause he could still be playing fetch. Wish I could get his eyes fixed.

Our Shih Poo (we say Shoodle) is 7 years old and he is the best dog in the world!!! All the characteristics described in this video apply to him but he loves exercise, he will chase a ball for hours and go for 4 hour walks with us. He is one of the family and will do anything to please us!
