In this video, "Testing BFR Bands by 1RM.in (Blood Flow Restriction Technique Explained)" Yash Sharma shares a few exercises based on the training method that is called Blood Flow Restriction (BFR Training) or Occlusion training. In this method, BFR bands are used to restrict blood flow while working out to increase the intensity of the workout with less stress or weight. This training style is best for someone who wants some crazy pump without lifting heavy that's why it is also used by injured people. BFR Workout is very fun to do because it gives a different feel to training. BFR training gives the same stimulus and metabolic response as lifting heavy with relatively light weights. So definitely try it once! You can use Blood Flow Restriction training mostly for Biceps, Triceps, Quads, Hamstrings.

I do BFR training. But I removed the band after finishing the set which should not be done. In this Video, I Learned Something new. I will definitely try next time.
