How to setup Einstein Copilot and Agentforce and use it in Salesforce

To set up Einstein Copilot in Salesforce, you can try the following steps:
Ensure that Einstein generative AI is enabled for your organization
In Setup, enter Copilot in the Quick Find box, then select Einstein Copilots
Turn on Einstein Copilot for Salesforce
Assign permissions to users to give them access to Einstein Copilot
Use the copilot detail page and the Agent Builder to view and define settings like system messages, event logs, and conversational style
Activate or deactivate your copilot
You can also manage actions and customize the planner service using the Metadata API or Tooling API.
Einstein Copilot Studio is now called Agent Studio. Starting September 2, 2024, there will be updates to page, field, and column names, and other text throughout Setup.
