I have recently bought two PTZ and one dome camera from you. The PTZ cameras setup just fine but the dome camera does get connected as per video. However, at ever new power up the camera has to be re_setup. It doesn't reconnect automatically . Please help me resolve the issue

Hi,

I have replaced my wifi router. and the camera was set to my old wifi router.

Now i cannot access to my camera.

1. how to reset the camera to factory settings?
2. how to reset the camera wifi module?

NOTE: I have all the user manual's, there is nothing about resetting the camera or wifi of the camera in any of the user manuals that came with the camera.

Is the cable connected or not to the camera when you try to set up the wifi. The directions are not clear how to do this. We cannot get the wifi working

Can’t find internet won’t work over cable
