1: Hit more shots
how to? basically you waste ammo from following enemy (you can miss a little bit and hitting is ok) and then you turn to the opposite way because then the enemy will also turn opposite and shoot which will clip a good amount of bullets.
2: Use super better
Firstly, in 3v3s you ALWAYS want to try to clip 2 enemies at a time, if there isn't 2 enemies thats okay but you get more value clipping 2 enemies.
Secondly, don't do what Wii did for the increase super damage trick, because frank can go opposite way. Instead, you want to silver bullet them as quickly as you can so they don't have time to react. Stay somewhat far away too so you then super as soon as the silver bullet hits. Free damage!
3: Hold your ground
How can you do this? Whenever you have super and is losing position, flash it by pretending to aim it and put it back repeatedly. This will scare the enemy a little bit, forcing them to go back. You can also use silver bullet gadget to scare them away, and break walls with it once they get back.

build: Its really your preference, but I think silver bullet, Slick Boots and Reload + Damage gear works best because then you can run them down.

Btw if you wanna chip the enemies health move opposite to their movement. Its easier to hit but less damage allowing you to stop enemies from healing
