I was literally in tears, waking up from terrible leg pain in my upper thigh. I woke up screaming one night. I started researching, I wasn’t going to let this go or live like this. I watched a couple of Dr. Berg’s videos and went and got vitamin D and nutritional yeast right away. THE NEXT DAY NO PAIN! Thank you Dr from the bottom of my heart! No pain since the! I cant thank you enough! I’d literally hug you !!! 😭

OMG...growing pains are from lack of D? I was in constant pain in my childhood, legs, back, hips. Now, I am 66 and deal with the same pain from a life of crappy eating from day one. My mom didn't nurse me because she was a nervous wreck and I just found out recently that the "formula" during the 1950's was a recipe of "evaporated milk, sugar or corn syrup, and water". Then, both of my parents being from the south, we lived on fried everything, white bread, and white sugar. I have spent the last 6 years trying to reclaim my health before I die. My most recent addition to my diet has been homemade milk keifer and am finding it almost a mirical cure at this point.

I am too skinny bc of a stressfull situation. And after having spent months on the couch on disability, bad weather as well as sleeping on that thing created painful spots on my leg where my nerves were pressured in i could feel it throughout my left leg.
So when i went walking my leg numbed out. I also did have a vitamine D shortage.
Now the numbing of the leg has switched for a while to a burning sensation, very intense and painful.. but with taking vitamine D it is slowly getting better. I can continue my walks and the burning sensation is almost gone.
Eating much better, sleeping much better. I also had shortage of folic acid and 250 cholesterol i am working on.
Thanks you so much i feel better watching this video.
Also thank you for sharing some of your physical shortcomings, doctors rarely do that and it shows you understand
what comes with pain or injury. Thank you for that.

After adding, D3/K2 potassium, magnesium, sodium, and b1, (for 2 months), my leg/feet pain and cramps continued. I looked up scurvy and the symptoms are on that list too! I am on day four of 1/2 of fresh squeezed lemon water twice a day and the issue is 3/4 gone.

A much better diet, keto 4 years now, and taking on a powerlifting routine twice a week has taken away the pain and squats get most of the credit. I’m 56 now and never felt better. Thanks Doc! Have a great weekend.
