I love your style of face massages, stretches and workouts!
Normally I'm too lazy to do face workouts, but these feel really good to do, so relaxing and refreshing. As a bonus it relaxes the mind also, almost like meditation ☺

Those really worked for me. My face is sometimes very tense and I felt so relaxed after doing these yesterday night and a few today in the morning. It also triggers my weak points, those are: jaw definition, jols and eye tension. Thanks Basia, it's such fun to face- workout with you 💖🦄

So one should do these face massages 5 days in a row and then start all over the next week until ... FOREVER 😂 I will gladly do so if my skin looks like yours when I'm 37. My skin is super dry. Can I do this with a little moisturizer or is this done with just a bare face? Thank you again for all your amazing videos! I am starting this tonight!

These exercises look like you will break the elastin bonds in your skin and therefore get saggy skin (over time).
eg: Due to gravity "pulling" down on our skin causes it to get saggy over many decades.
or, bending your elbows after many years causes the skin to stretch. (Look at the stretch of skin at your elbows in the morrow).
So, what makes you think the skin will not sag (over time) from tugging and pulling and massaging it?
I think the best things for elastin is this:
Drink lots of water every day (your skin and organs and elastin need this)
Eat LOTS of fruit & veg each day.
Small handful of nuts each day.
Try to AVOID stretching and pinching your skin so much.
There is no medical research to back up these face-massage claims. But there is obvious examples which we all understand with the skin (which I have mentioned above).
