As with the old wise word says, empty stomach makes the most noise. When a person knows he is empty inside, meaning does not possess true skills, talent, intellectual power and, ability, he probably will perform small actions like what Pritam Singh did to reaffirm his status and position. On the contrary, a true leader with skills, powerful intellect, great ability will always stay humble and keep a lower profile, giving the credit to all his followers. A true leader doesn't need to bang chair perform small action to reaffirm his leadership, his followers and his people will automatically reaffirm their admiration for him. The WP leader maybe trying to look cool, but I know inside his heart, he is crying and worry. All it takes, is someone better than him and he will drop from his leadership.

Disagreements are common & normal but for better optics, WP should take a leaf from PAP by voting as a bloc. By all means voice their opinions during debates but keep disagreements private. Instead they voted in all three possible manners: For, against and abstain. Of course Pritam was upset lah.
