Wow - I had no idea Tsem Rinpoche passed on. His book, "Peace", is what started me on the path toward personal transformation back in 2014 and helped me discover the skills I have to offer others. If it wasn't for Tsem Rinpoche, I would not have written two books, worked as a patient caregiver at a psychiatric hospital, and created my YouTube channel geared toward self-improvement. His work will forever live on through others. Namaste.

Tsem Rinpoche was always very nice to me. I don't have the karma to be pushed very hard. I still wish that I was able to meet him in person but I did not. -Josh A. Oregon, USA.

His organization shouldn't keep banking everything on his return. As much as everyone miss him. If he returns is only a 'bonus.' But what if he doesn't? Then his organization should be able to continue without him. Because for what would his decades of teaching and training be for if they cannot go on without him? When you nurture a child it's only up to a certain point, after which the child becomes an adult and must start independence. Dharma continues regardless of the person leading the organization. Otherwise it would all just be a 'Tsem Rinponche Cult, ' which he warned against when he was alive.
