I think the plushie one is real because in the first movie, they used pictures and drawings a lot, and it wouldn’t be that suprising if they are gonna be using plushies instead of drawings in the second movie

My opinions for each one:

It's not Number 1. Fnaf 2 has a hallway and two vents with ZERO DOORS. Toy Chica can canonically crawl through vents so needing a code is extra unlikely.

Number 2 is unlikely unless the government went to investigate Afton Disappearing and made a new pizzaria.

Number 3 seems unlikely until you realize fnaf 4 and then also the recurring theme in security breach and Help Wanted revolving around haunted or alive plushies.

Number 4 is the most likely: It is a flashback to William Afton and explains how the other animatronics became haunted in addition to the 5 from the first movie.
