That idea reminds me of the "Twisted Ones" which is so damn cool.

I've heard that they start off as the normal models then as it hits like 4 or 5 am they turn into the demonic ones.

I like it that I’m probably the only one who responded to his idea with a question instead of just plain “this idea is stupid”, basically what I commented had something along the lines of “Why not implement this concept onto the polished designs you currently have instead of redoing the models again”, and he responded with, “Or I could implement a feature where they start to look more and more like their demon designs as the game progresses”, and I just went, “Now you really got something cooking in there.”

The Ignited are really just more broken-down versions of the Withereds with the eyes and scorching of the Phantoms. And a part of me felt like they weren't very unique. However, giving them a more organic undertone helps to emphasize their demonic nature. They are now like the Twisted Ones except it isn't an illusion.

It probably it would be a mechanic based on the character sanity's during the past TJOC game
my theory that every time your sanity has lowered each time, the more fast paced the "amatronics" are considering they are actual demons messing with the character

Honestly, replacing the Fallen with the Demons would be such a great move. The Fallen are cool, but at the end of the day, are just some particularly edgy endos.
