Cuban Picadillo in the Instant Pot is a fun way to try a Cuban classic! This recipe was taught to me, improved, and refined by a Facebook group with people of Cuban descent. I must say, they did a delicious job! You can cook the Picadillo in the Instant Pot or Pressure Cooker. Eat it on rice, stuff it into empanadas, or (my favorite) make Papas Rellenas with the leftovers.

Looks delicious. I love Cuban food and the Cuban-fusion food I’ve tried in Miami.

Secret from a Cuban: to maximize flavor use lard as your oil. I wouldn't use the raisins or the potatoes and add onions but that's up to taste.
