second question please : is the signal transmitted by transmitter TX is the one reflecting to the receiver RX after hitting the meta atoms in the meta surface and after performing the phase shift on it or it is the combination of many scatter er signal from many signal hitting all elements that can conduct to a better signal sent to the receiver RX
