Two people were killed in a helicopter crash in northern England on Monday.
The crash in North Yorkshire is already being investigated by the Air Accidents Investigation Branch, with officials trying to determine whether the crash was caused by either a mechanical malfunction or pilot error.
Reports have said that the helicopter came down in a field near the village of Burton-in-Lonsdale, shortly after take off.
According to authorities no one else was on board the flight.
