No one ever said I want to grow up and work very hard for very little being a caregiver. It is a job you take when your in dire need of income. Caregivering agencies are a business. They earn profits. But expect employmees not to want paid fairly by using corporate propaganda with that rewarding career bullshit. So tired of the fakness. I respect honestly. Just tell the truth, you need people to do work no one wants to do for low pay so the company can get a fat check from the government waiver program.
