Is it a one-way link to the main page you are trying to rank as it almost seems here, or a two-way link to create topical relevancy like you gestured in a newer video?

Here is a question, what if I write a supporting article and publish it. since the supporting article's focus keyword is pretty close to the main money page's focus keyword, so what should I do if the supporting article ranked instead of the main page?

Question Matt, does Google look at the whole website and determine which phrases its about as a whole and then put more emphasis on ranking pages based on overall content? It seems to be the case from your video, also in your reply to Goodcat007 about the extra post not having to link back to the page.

Dumb Question: Does the main page your trying to rank link back to the supporting content or can your supporting content just link out to the main money page?
