Thank you 🙏 so much. I have an iPhone 8. I had the battery replaced. Then about 5 days later I couldn’t access the internet. I took it back to Phonebot in Reservoir, Melbourne, where the man basically tried to say I had done damage to the phone, all the while not looking me in the eye . I was absolutely devastated. I begged the man to do something, i said maybe you nicked something on the motherboard. No no he kept shaking his hand. Finally he agreed to “ look into it “ the next day I went in & the man appeared somewhat annoyed & produced a tiny piece in f paper which was the diagnostic test he had done . Stating the dates that I had internet. So I was told I needed a new phone.
Until my partner, while I was having a nap look at some YouTube videos & to both our amazement YOU FIXED MY PHONE & saved me a lot of $
