I watched his interview with Piers Morgan. What an honest man who opened up his life with courage and conviction. He spoke of a spiritual experience. His grandparents were Christians and David loved them. Like Elvis he failed to live up to the Bible but I believe they were sincere in accepting Christ. Saved by his grace...see you in Heaven David.

A part of my youth left me the day David Cassidy went to Heaven. I do have wonderful memories of attending one of his 70s concert. I was in the 2 nd row in front of him, he was so sweet, he tossed a few roses out and I was lucky to catch one! And in the middle of the song I can feel your heartbeat, I screamed I love you, and he stopped mid song and sweetly yelled back I love you too. Yes, I am heartbroken over my first crush! My room wall papered with his pictures from teen beat and other magazines. Like so, so many I was saddened to hear of his dementia, I lost my mother to Alzheimer's in 06. At least he never forgot who he was or his family. And as the song says Cherish, I will always cherish his beautiful music and how beautiful he was inside and out. May he R.I.P. 😔💜🌹💔🎤🎸🎶
