Speed: debatable as karl can wind up his heart several times to further increase his speed to the point he can deflect bullets or cut them as they're being shot at him
Durability: karl is already dead so he can take as much damage as he wants while katana man will weaken after receiving devastating damage
Battle IQ: karl kroenen was not only hitlers top assassin but was also awarded the iron cross which was the highest military decoration one could receive around his time and on a separate note made a perfectly working prosthetic hand out of rather crude materials that would rival modern day prosthetics
