My one earbud is not connecting. Only blinking green-red colour. I have reset it many times but still same.

Thanks for getting to the point and not bloviating on camera! There is an issue. It is possible to only fully charge one bud that is not properly seated because the fin is off center. The one charge green -yellow pulse light is poor engineering. There should be 2; one for each bud. That way you do not have a green light implying both are charged. The hack is to turn off bluetooth on your iphone or whatever phone or media player you use. Seat the un-charged or under-charged bud in the charging box BY ITSELF. You will see the uncharged bud start charging. I ended up with one bud charged and the other one dead. The fins “travel” meaning they will not always seat and make contact in the case. A better design would include a light for each bud, or the charge box refusing to charge unless both pods are engaging. The case is cute but as others pointed out, awkward to carry and scratch-able. Weak design. I would build in a battery for charging in the field. I think all “sports” buds should ALSO come with an over the ear hook, so they will not fall out and get lost. These buds are fine if you are not a busy person, living with Mum, and have time to wet nurse your buds, that is not me. Finally the instructions in the insert manage to be incoherent in 10 languages and do not share -how to turn these on! I figured it out but should have seen it clearly stated. Senn should produce their own set-up video. I am a professional and a fan of their technolgy, I just bought their HD599 wired phones adding to my other stash of Senn products. We intend to buy their UHF Mics. 1:57 Yet, sadly, these buds are an example cost cutting packaging and design with CEO bonuses in mind, instead of a customer experience. Fortunately, the same designers are not allowed near their professional products. I hope this helps, my next pods will be Bose.

Whenever I pull them out I can't connect to nothing the smart control app can't find them and my phone can't ether now it always says no connection. Any help? I had them for a few months now.

Mine wont connect and i only just got em today. Does it come pre-charged or do i have to wait until the first charge? im not the most tech savy person so maybe its something wrong on my part but when i try to pair it with the app, the earbuds just keep saying ''pairing'' but the app wont register when its attempting to connect and my bluetooth is on so im not sure what im missing here. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

In addition to my first comment (about removing the stickers on the earphones when they are brand new)...also make sure that the bluetooth on your phone is turned off (or vice versa) when you pair your laptop.
